Configuring Name Servers at 12PointDesign

To configure name servers for your domain hosted with 12PointDesign, follow the steps below. This is necessary in order for your site to resolve correctly. If it is not done, you will be unable to utilize any aspect of your 12PointDesign hosting account.

1. Login to your 12PointDesign domain registration account, then click the Domain Manager link from within the left menu.

   

2. Click your domain name from the list.

   

3. On the Domain Profile page, you should see Nameservers on the left side. If the name servers displayed are not the correct name servers associated with your hosting account and server, click Change.

   

4. On the Set Nameservers page, click the 3rd option. Set the new name servers in the Nameserver 1 and Nameserver 2 boxes. Then click OK to save your changes.

   

5. Click OK to confirm changes - and you're done.
